Free US shipping on orders over $75, otherwise $6.95. Standard delivery 3-6 business days. Express $14.95 (2 business days). International shipping to the UK, Canada and Australia: $19.95, 7-14 business days. Orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. US returns are free with a prepaid label; international customers pay return shipping. Exchanges for a different size or color are free, subject to stock. Final sale (cannot be returned): Crew Socks (3-pack) and Gift Cards.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the warehouse receives the item. Damaged or wrong items get a full refund or a free replacement.
Orders can be cancelled while they are still processing (before they ship). Once shipped, use a return instead.
